Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Because we fulfill orders through our supplier network, standard shipping typically takes 2–4 weeks from the day your order ships, depending on your location. Some items may arrive sooner; during high-demand periods or for remote addresses, delivery can take longer than 4 weeks. We know this is longer than typical next-day retail shipping, and we list it upfront so there are no surprises.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email.

Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99, calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Customs processing, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control and may extend delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@claireaskin.com and we'll look into it.
